Gert opened my broken sliding door lock within 5 minutes (on a Sunday). I laughed, saying it was probably his quickest job ever. Then he spent an hour re-installing the new lock because he said the old one wasn’t installed properly. Well, it works perfectly for the first time ever. He didn’t even charge me for the extra work!
