Used to go there all the time, but avoided due to long queues and always being busy. Had to go there to pick up a phone for someone and they had no current stock But the manager Ellias arranged that they swapped stock and got the phone without having to come back again. Thanks Ellias

Telkom. I purchased 10gig data on 23rd December. LTE/LTE-A. Up to now could not use it. Telkom is not accessable. Message is Ínternet access paused. Either your date bundle is depleted or youre not in Telkom Coverage and using a Telkom only bundle. Dail *180# or open your Browser'. I've tried all but nothing helps. This is not poor service, it is theft ! And I am forced to give 1 star rating as 0 is not an option.

Staff werent able to tell me anything about cancelation fees as well as account enquiries After waiting for 30 min.

Telkom stuff don't care about people, I just wanted a sim and mifi modem and that took me an hour, ladies were busy talking about weekend arrangements. Don't go there, rather go to telkom at East Rand Mall, those guys are quick.
