A wonderful dog park where the dogs are all friendly and play nicely. I wish some people would pick up after their dogs more but it’s a wonderful place to socialize your pet.

It appears non dog owners litter the park more than the dogs, dog owners and dog walkers. Sad used to be a beautiful rose park .When dogs and dog walkers were welcome the park had a sense of community and social upliftment for our pets and humanity. Especially for elderly dog owners, they had a sense of safety, being in a park with other dog walkers. #pensionersmatter #animalsmatter #animalrights #humanity #durbanneedsanofficialdogpark

I know it as Mitchell's Park but Google maps had another name... Overall everything is well maintained. It was really great.

Lovely place for dogs and their owners (all shapes and sizes) to play and socialist. Formerly famous as a beautiful rose garden. No longer well looked after.

Very clean, great for picnic and walks. It is also a perfect place for events

No stars. Very disappointing, the place is overgrown, the building needs attention its looking dilapidated, there's vagrants sleeping in the park and litter lying around. NO DOGS ALLOWED, the horticulturalist chased us out.
