Shocking customer service. The staff are so careless and unsupervised. After they removed my dishwasher for repairs , I came home to a flooded cupboard. They came to inspect and 2 weeks later tell me it's not their fault. Do not use this business. Very unprofessional!

Had a fridge repaired. When the fridge was returned the inside light was damaged and could visibly seen that it was badly glued back together. There were solder burn mark inside the freezer. And wires hanging out that were never visible previously. I would not recommend them. And worst of all is that they were not cheap.

Called on Tuesday morning to request that my dishwasher be repaired. I was told by Alain that Tuesday was quite full, he took my details and promised to call me throughout Tuesday if there was availability or certainly come through Wednesday. Now Saturday and no call at all. Called Bergens this morning to note my frustration and was advised that I need to again leave my details so that someone can call me on Monday, as Bergens is out of water today and therefore cannot come out to assist me. Being a long standing customer, I do not appreciate this level of service and certainly wont be reccomending Bergens in the future.
