This place stuffed us around so much, 3 weeks without letting us know what the problem was, then they tell us they cant get parts, and when they dropped it today they say it cant be fixed, it was working when we sent it in, was just making a noise, no its not even working, terrible company, i will not just leave it there.........

We had our dishwasher and eyelevel oven break down recently. Did not know where to go for repairs as so many people who do service for their customers often either do a bad job or rip them off and NEVER turn up on the time they say... u are usually sitting at home for hours with no phone calls to say why they are late... or they turn up unexpectedly the next day, loudly hooting their horns quite irate bcuz we are not opening our gate quick enough for them with no sincere apologies given. But we were absolutely delighted with Bergens ! They kept to the time given, our appliances were well taken care of and fixed, and their price charged was decent and we were happy to pay. Right from initial contact thru to end service delivery we recieved 1st class treatment. Everyone was very nice to us. They never let us down once. We were not disappointed with their work. We will use Bergens from now on for all that we may need them for in the future. Very professional. Well worth the 5 star rating and we do not give 5stars easily. THANK YOU BERGENS (Kempton Park).

Not very professional they don’t phone you with the quote, she wrote on the job card the dishwasher had scratches on when the machine was still in the car? You as the customer have to follow up otherwise you don’t hear anything from them.
