Lovely beach... Just at the moment a bit covered in Kelp after the very strong westerlies we had 2 days ago. Found a lovely path through to Stony point this morning to finish off an awesome mornings circular hike.

This is what I call " My Private Beach". There were no more than 15 people on the Beach. Never crowded or over crowded.
Stunning view if you do the hike along the beach. You can view penguins from the parking lot. We were not that lucky but we did walk past nesting grounds. Found a beach made out of big shells and a rock that looks like a reptile sunbathing
A nice place to view penguins. Most of the area is cornered off for the birds. It is a nice spot, probably as good as the aquarium in Cape town to view them. This is not a beach for leisure. Large sections are cornered off. There are other beaches close by that can be used for leisure. Plenty of dassies are sometimes out and about as well.

Seems to be fibre glass splinters. Here and there. Other than that lovely beach
It was nice open and free with fresh sea breeze to inhale and great for a picnic and to relax.
Great walk along Rods trail to a swim on the beach after a hot days hike!
