I would like to know something,if you buy 2 of the same item from your menu and pay for 2 and both are not of good standard,how do you offer to refund 1 item and not 2 items? I would like to know reasoning behind this?

Ordered 2 mutton bunnies and 2 chicken bunnies, The food was absolutely tasteless, worst bunny chow place ever . Need to add more spice and flavor as the food was like eating cardboard. Waste of money.
