This is probably the worse company to work with. This is the second time I placed an order online before 11:00am which means that I should be receiving my stock the next day. This was not the case..in both cases... No one answers a phone and if they do, they never come back to me with feedback as they said they would. Spoke to 2 people in operations, and both where as helpful and pathetic as the next day delivery rule. My account is paid and on a ZERO balance, but still the customer service at this place is NON existent and the same goes for the level of professionalism. It has been 2 days since I placed my order, 2 Bidfood employees in Bloemfontein later, and still no order arrived. The lies these people tell their clients...Not a fan of Bidfood Bloemfontein and not ashamed to state it

Owning a restaurant in the Eastern free state in a small town called Clarens is amazing, however not so great when your supplier, bidfood let's you down. They never have stock, always send the wrong stock, and they always let you down. I'm over the bad service of bidfood Bloemfontein. I will not recommend them to anyone. They make empty promises and they don't follow through. They will et you and your restaurant down. Because of bidfood you will always have to say to your customers items are out of stock, because the supplier never has availability of the items. 4 weeks they don't have stupid stuff. Bidfood jhb is amazing though.

They have a good brand and very modern facilities. Prices appear to be generally competitive but the marketing and sales policies seem very prohibitive for the promotion and empowerment of disadvantaged groups.

Tried phoning the number on google for bidfood had to phone 4 times to give a complaint because each time I start talking they put the phone down. My complaint is their parking ,they park behind my car every time ,can’t go in or out of parking and when I’m out of my parking they use it as a loading zone HGW 569 FS is the number plate . Not very impressed with their service
