Before I serviced my car here, I used to frequent the End Street branch. I dealt with Matome (Service Manager) and Dash (Service Advisor) over there and their service was great, including the mechanics whom did a great job since inception. Now they were redeployed to Bidvest McCarthy Nissan Randburg. I also met with Lindsay, she's the (Service Advisor) here at Bidvest McCarthy Nissan Randburg. She's great as well. The mechanics also know their story over there as well. Keep up the good work................... Shame to the other dealerships like: Motordeal Ormonde, Melrose Nissan Midrand and Melrose.

My vechile stood for 2 months at Nissan , when I was promised 21 working days for the part to arrive . After I started calling and putting pressure on the service department , they told me , that they think the part may not arrive ,as Nissan is not making that specific part anymore . Took my vechile to another workshop , and my vechile was up and running in 3hours .
