I had a wonderful experience. Richard in Sales was helpful and patient his commitment to customer focus was a pleasure to experience. Zantal in Finance really worked wonders and was able to secure me a good rate on my finance application and when I drove out I felt like I had been really well looked after. The whole deal was an excellent example of dedication to customer satisfaction. I can highly recommend them!!!!

Iam never servicing my car here ever iv had the worst service ever from from Brian. Took my car in for service on Saturday then on monday my brakes were making a nasty sound like my brakes were finished but I was told they didn't change them because they were on 50% I could drive till my next service.

You would expect a company whose profit relies on their customers to care for said costumers, but this is not the case at Bidvest McCarthy Renault Germiston. They only care about pushing as many cars through their shop as quickly as possible. My gears where not shifting well, following their advice, I had the clutch replaced. This did however not solve anything. Meaning they never really looked at my clutch and just guessed what the problem was and then had me pay over 10K for a new clutch that never needed to be replaced in the first place. These kind of people are scum.
