Wow! This one of the best lounges I've seen. Clean spotless! Great food & super friendly staff! The food was fresh & beautifully presented! Lots of airports need to see this and learn what a good lounge should be & look like. Please stop using plastic to wrap small cheeses. We need to do everything possible to avoid single use plastic.

I really miss slow lounge - I dont know how fnb got in to a partnership with this lounge - its dirty and the food has never be as fresh as slow lounge in my experience . Its should just be closed - its a bad experience everytime.

Nothing to write home about and not worth paying for - so good for visiting if you have a qualifying credit card, but not if you have you'd need to pay for a guest. There is not really enough seating and the food was sad and lacking variety. I was expecting more from this as the airport standard is good. The service was not great, the reception staff were friendly but the wait staff were disinterested and not very helpful. Please be more welcoming to your guests, giving them an idea of what is on offer and about self-service etc. Thanks.

Nice lounge, good choice of food and drink. My experience was spoiled by a large amount of parents and children who let thier kids run around uncontrolled and were very noisy - the staff didn't intervene sadly. When they left it was nice again

Nice and big lounge. However, for such a large lounge the food was extremely limited. Smaller lounges offer more. It was unfortunately a disappointing experience.
