Useless. The opening hours says it opens at 07:00, but no sign of any life, even 07:30. With the airport already delaying the whole process with entering the building and again deliberately delaying everyone at the security check point, and with the "2 hour" rule of the lounge (which in effect is actually 1,5 hours given that you board 30min before departure), one would the expect the lounge to be opened strictly on time.

It’s Friday morning 7:15am and the lounge is still closed. There are 3 early morning flights and the lounge is closed still. Shocking that we pay for benefits that don’t exist.
Rather stay in Wimpy... This lounge is horrible. They don't manage the number of people inside, food is limited and mostly out of stock. Cold drinks and water are warm.
The place is closed for renovations.. But their website says "open". I left Plett early to relax att the lounge before my flight ba k to JHB ......what a disgrace to find it is closed...Update your website when you are closed.. .I had a terrible few hours at the airport today due to your feel nithing for customer attitute...
No variety on food. The worst lounge I've ever been to. Absolutely disappointing :(
11:30 Coffee machine does not work. Only scraps on display after breakfadt and enquiry. No cleaning service. All dirty dishes standing all over. 12:00. No warm food. 4 small bowls dressed salads for about 40 people. Only cheese and biscuits with lemon curd (only nice thing). Dry pita bread and boiled eggs. No meat. On departure 12:30 chicken tacos. Pathetic!!! Who pays for this
The floors and chairs are dirty. They ran out of food (mostly only cheese and crackers available), they ran out of clean glasses, they ran out of ice (apparently the ice machine is broken) and they ran out of coke. The aircon is also broken and they don't have their own wifi service, it's the normal airport wifi that doesn't work. Don't waste your money on this lounge. Edit: The manager of the lounge contacted me on 8 January 2020 and offered me free vouchers to visit the lounge again on another trip. It is now 11 December 2020 (almost an entire year later) and I still haven't received my vouchers. Wow. Pathetic.
The lounge is constricted by space, and due to this problem the kitchen also doesn't provide lots of food on offer. But the lounge has a very nice beverage selection with a coffee machine and a nice view on the apron. Very friendly staff.
