Food and service is decent considering covid restrictions level 1 limiting food selection. Though seat/access isn't monitored closely, as struggled to find seating during peak travel time. As too many people were allowed in and only space available was in the smoking section, which isn't suitable for non-smoker. Spent 10-15mins stand around waiting for others to leave and after an hour the lounge was practically vacant. Undecided whether it's worth returning.

Super quiet and great food. Friendly and helpful staff! They also have a smoking area and that is a bonus for me!

Good ambience. Though tightly packed with some areas tight to move around. Clean facilities. Good quality food as is expected of Bidvest lounges. Keep up the awesome service

Thought that the food was pretty average compared to the Cape Town Lounge. Maybe Cpt spoils us with their exceptional food and variety.

Really disappointing. Used to be an exclusive lounge is now packed with no regard for Covid regulations, shocking quality and even worse customer service. The staff are blatantly rude.
