Bunch of outright thief's! Took three weeks to bother to finally inspect my motorcycle then sent me a ridiculous quote. When I rejected the quote they sent me a quote rejection fee of R3500 for 10 minutes of work. Eventually I had to leave the bike there because they would not drop that insane fee. The mechanic and the person who answers the phone have ZERO manners and are just unpleasant to have to deal with. Just go somewhere else rather!

Bike Craft does not appreciate business from its customers. My bike took 5 months for minor repairs, without any updates from them unless I phoned them. My inquiries were met with unprofessionalism and a general bad attitude. The lady I spoke to even resorted to using sarcasm. When the bike was ready for collection, they refused to release it to me and held it hostage despite having proof of payment and authorization. Parts that were replaced on the bike were different from the parts the bike was brought in with. The bike was absolutely filthy and full of dust on collection. I would advise anyone to avoid them. Horrible experience.

It’s not my intention to slander this business but to give an honest review that will help them improve. These guys gave me the worst 3 week bike experience - bad comms, bad diagnosis, you name it. I got a bike that was not tested when released. After paying 3k, I told them the bike was not even lighting up when it was delivered vs when they picked it up. Then they blamed my battery, which I tested on my multimeter and also took to 2 battery centers who confirmed it to be solid and I sent them videos. I was lucky I tried to switch the bike on at drop off with their driver present so I had a witness. They had to take it back a second time, and demanded I pay for that pick up and drop off too! I told them that was unfair so we ended up splitting the cost but I obviously felt mistreated. After the second time, they gave me back my bike switching on & guess what, with the “bad” battery. All of this is fine, and mistakes can be made in any area in life but I think it’s how they’re handled that makes a difference. They were aggressive and didn’t acknowledge their faults albeit without charging me for the second round of fixes so deep down they knew they had messed up but never admitted openly. At restorations / paint jobs I think they might be ok (based on photos on their fb page) but my experience with them taught me all that glitters may not be gold for sure. I wasted my time even though I was willing to pay any amount to get my bike in shape. They gave it back after such a long time and I lost people who wanted to buy the bike from me. Cannot recommend them at all.

Bike Craft was very helpful after the closure of Cayenne Honda left my husband's bike incomplete. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure that all work requested was done and done well. They were friendly, efficient, and cost-effective.
