Store is well-organised. Reasonably Covid-19 compliant. Courteous staff. Suitably priced products. Maybe the owners could use an enlarged premises, but still in MALVERN !

The 2 ladies working there are absolutely rude. They have no sense of work ethic and manners. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop. It was our first and last visit!...we didn't get a chance to buy whatever we wanted because of their rude behavior. I have never come across such arrogant people before. I hope the owner takes drastic action regarding this matter before this business lose all their customers. This was the worse customer service ever!!!!!!
