Great experience playing laser tag but in a more realistic battlefield scenario. Think though some cameras could be set up to enable the spectator to see the action on tv screen. Great team building activity.

This center holds a great deal of promise, but there were several aspects that detracted from a higher rating. The registration process, while convenient, being done from your phone, was clumsy, laborious and guidance from the staff was confusing and disjointed. The intake process should be revised and the customer service improved. The 'range master's briefing was very rushed in our case and the splitting of the participants in the two groups, which were unknown to each other and from very different age groups, was to say the least rather frustrating and irritating. The 'range master' Aden once on the course managed the games fairly well, but did not keep control or manage the younger participants that showed some blatant ill discipline and disregard for instructions. The layout and equipment were initially impressive with the weapons being reasonable imitations of AR15 rifles, weight and feature wise, but the equipment is lacking some maintenance, which detracted from the overall experience. The refreshment stand/kiosk was either not open or functioning, which meant that water and/or electrolyte drinks were not available on the premises, which could lead to increased revenue for the facility and enjoyment for the participants. The ablution facilities were really not upto standard for this kind of establishment and should be modernized and brought back up to a higher standard. However, with all that said, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience with some rather creative game scenarios being presented for the teams to carry out. With a little it of effort this rating would have been 4 stars, but thank you to all the staff for their commitment and assistance to make our day an overall success.

Soo much fun. 90mins of action action action! Braai facilities are nice, good teambuilding experience, exercise a total bonus!!

Not just another laser tag place! They make you feel like you go on a mission and record all kinds of stats on how many kills you had and what not(like in a game). I would suggest NOT using the shock belt though, since it's not just a light shock to get the adrenaline pumping, it actually hurts quite a bit, and it COSTS EXTRA
