Absolutely amazing, Don is an absolutely genuine oak. He actually knows what he is doing and wont RIP you off on a tiny issue.

Donovan is a legend and a really good guy. Excellent work and passion when it comes to the mechanical stuff, but I strongly recommend to go elsewhere if your bike uses much electronics. They're not setup to deal with superbike electronics, even just for a service. They have no computer on site, they're not working according to the manual and no ability to diagnose and resolve electronic issues, like a broken sensor which was not broken when I took the bike in. The bike was showing error codes (which it never did before) and he kept ignoring them saying the bike is "*perfect* while it's still cold". His guys helping him seem to know even less than him about electronics. Luckily I got it fixed quickly elsewhere and managed to source a used TPS sensor which was expensive but would have been insane if I had to buy a whole new throttle body from Honda (they don't sell the sensor on its own). I regret to say anything somewhat negative because he is such a rad guy. He put in a good effort and I wish him the best, but I got slightly burned. His rates are really affordable and he has the best intentions. His service plus the 2nd mechanic I had to get to resolve the issues added up to less than what Honda CPT would have charged, so I wasn't too upset. I'm posing this review because I would have liked to have been warned before taking my 04 Fireblade in. Maybe in future he and his team will improve their electronic abilities.
