I had a very poor experience, I had several blinds done at my house by AM Accessories, I had to send blinds back and also have it refitted. Some of the blinds were fitted skew and I heard excuses such as the walls aren't straight - if you're so specialised at what you do then you'll overcome challenges surely? My walls are not nearly so skew as to be used as an excuse for shoddy fitment. What's worse is that 2 months down the line one of the blinds just fell off the wall, a very heavy blind of all things - which could have hurt just about anyone in my home. It was clear that it was fitted poorly, the holes in the wall were much larger than the plugs/screws used to hold the blind up so obviously it would have fallen off eventually. When I contacted the owner, I was met with a bad attitude and denial of the issue whilst she told me stories of other jobs that they had done before and how long the blinds stayed up - clearly I was not afforded the same level of quality. I'm honestly so disappointed at how this issue was handled. Needless to say, I don't recommend this company.

Her rates are good, her measurements and communication superb, and her team fitted five blinds (inside window frame) within 20 minutes of arrival. I've already had three friends compliment me on the quality and attention to detail, from the colour, right down to the mini steel loop on the draw strings to keep the strings from tangling.
