We bought our Blinds 5 years ago and they look like they were just installed. They look great and are not broken even after being abused by our 8 year old and 2 year old. Chosing your blinds was the best decision ever.

18 months ago I was amazed by Blinds Exact's service, so naturally I recommended them to a friend, bad mistake, a blind was incorrectly made an as my friend had just moved into her new apartment she wanted security, but all she has is a piece of paper over the window and is still awaiting the replacement after two weeks. Not good...come on Blinds Exact let's get this sorted
