Went to clicks today, wanted to buy a contour stick and when I asked for help with finding the best option, the beauty consultant sighed, was sarcastic and didn't help. Honestly disgusting service.

Most of the staff are friendly, although I have picked up problems with rude staff in the past. Sometimes the qeues are very long. The store is packed and not always enough space to move between shelves when they are busy.

Absolutely atrocious. Queues of 30 plus patrons at a time with only 2 pharmacist assistants attending to the people. Waiting times of nearly 2 hours. The assistants computer literacy leaves lots to wish for. They are unable to assist with simple queries and are almost always out of stock on most medicine. Really a experience that you dread to go through.

Big disappointment if it comes to service. Would not recommend any one to go there unless you want to faint or die in the que waiting for your meds. HORRIBLE.

This service does not even qualify for a one star. Service at the dispensary is non existent. They do not answer phones or call back as promised. The staff of Clicks could also not assist to determine why the dispensary are not answering their phones and are willing to take a message with a "maybe they will call you back" that are supposed to be a satisfactory resolution . All I needed is to find out why I was not contacted as pre-arranged to come and collect my prescription medication and will it be ready for pick up later today. I have tried numerous times to get a response on the other side over a period of 3 hours. I do understand that there are times when they are more busy than usual, but not to answer the phone at all over such a long period or calling back as promised is not acceptable. If the phone lines in the dispensary is out of order, they could still make the call from another phone in Clicks. Is that not what customer service is all about ? To deliver on what you have promised?
