Travelling with a bike can be a stress. I had issues with my rear derailleur (Ultegra Di2) not shifting optimally just before racking for a big race (SA Champs). Luke advised me to take it for a quick check and the guys at EnduroPlanet did their magic. They took the stress away and fixed the bike within minutes and advices what I need to do next after the race. On such a big race and quick fix, there was no charge, I was asked to go and race my heart out and enjoy. Thank you so much, I did race and Podium’d . Keep doing what you do and thank you!!!
