Cant believe one of the most reputed courier services in the world dont have the money to make a local call when they reach your residence. This after you pay an arm and a leg for delivering a mere document. never use fedex

FedEx is very unprofessional. I ordered a laptop bag from Takealot and they used them as the courier service instead of contacting me to deliver the bag they delivered it to the wrong address without calling or sending me an email. They are so unprofessional and you can't reach their customer service number as when you have queries.
