To Kenneth and all the staff at Jalapeno Catering; you were faultless. I cannot thank you enough for the exceptional food and even though our program was completely off, you managed to deliver exceptional quality at a second's notice. All the people who attended our wedding could not stop talking about the food. Beside the great food, you really went above and beyond to assist me in with pictures of the venue, and floor plans since I was have not seen the venue prior to the wedding. People asked; how did I do it, arrange a wedding at a venue 500 km away from me, which i had not seen before; all i could say was, thank you to the caterer and the lodge manager. Thank you for visiting the venue weeks in advance and all the calls between yourself and the lodge manager to ensure that everything is ready on the day.
