Where are the Roses they been captured ? Please upgrade the area a bit make it safe and secure lots of potential next to a lovely mall loch logan can be an excellent picnic area but very dangerous now no security and lots of dodgy characters about when will the city of Bloemfontein clean up its act link the Sand Du Plessis theatre the waterfront rose garden etc make it nice safe clean tourist FS capital area ? Honestly did South Africans free themselves from colonialism and apartheid to be captured ?

The visitors of the park make it a disgusting place to be. There are broken beer bottles,used condoms, people urinate in the waterfall
