This place is pathetic. They actually deserve a 0. They will lie every time you call them. You take your car for a 10 day job but a month later nothing has been done. ooh and don't expect any call from them. And when you call them they lie.

Unfortunately Google Reviews doesn't have the option of ZERO Stars... If you have the option PLEASE DO NOT make use of Leon Panelbeaters. The consultant working with our vehicle tells so many lies, he can't even remember what was said during previous conversations. Every time we phone he has a different story and a new excuse. Our car has been there more than two months. We were told last week Thursday, the car will be done early Monday morning (We have heard these promises numerous times before) - Once again this morning excuses were made as to why the vehicle isn't available yet. Parts aren't ordered, Excuses of Parts not being available and on Back Log (we phoned one provider in Bloemfontein and they had the parts in stock) and Second hand parts used (while they quoted for new ones on the Insurance Invoice). Everytime they give us an estimate completion date - Only for the date to be extended once we get there. NO communication and definitively NO Customer Service. Skip them, and find someone else.

The WORST Experience EVER. A Chery Tiggo was taken to them in August in fact the Insurance approved EVERYTHING by 14 August. Up to TODAY NOTHING Was DONE on the car. Everytime we are told a bunch of lies. They are obviously not HONEST as they keep on lying. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE BAD NEWS and not competent to fix ACCIDENTS damage, they qouted for a radiator, damage to aircon, but FORGET to include the front bumper onto their initial claim. If I NEVER have to deal with them again, it will be to soon. STAY AWAY AND Safe YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE AND INCONVENIENCE

Where do I start!!! Took my Jetta 4 in for stone chips caused by a truck, fetch my vehicle a month later, bonnet shock not working, driver side electric window not working & bonnet not align properly. Guy tell me it is wear & tear. The one thing that they should get right is the alignment of the bonnet. Hope the next person is not as unlucky as I am.
