Bought my vehicle at Mangaung Auto Distributors about 3 years ago, since the beginning the steering wheel made noises as if something was loose, when informing the owner they took it to a garage to get fixed, I got my Car back with the noise when upon asking them but I can still hear the noise clearly nothing has changed, the response I got was "yes you must just remember it is an old vehicle(only 9 years old at the time of purchase) there will be noises and cranks", unfortunately I did not know of better and left it at that. 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle I got a flat wheel, when I wanted to change to the spare wheel I noticed the car jack isn't in working state and the wheel spanner that came with the car was way too big for my wheel nuts, I phoned the owner and asked him why does my car not have a working jack nor the correct wheel spanner as this made no sense to me, his response was "ya but I gave you discount and we fixed the steering and and", which was supposed to be repaired if buying the vehicle not a gesture of goodwill nor serving as a discount and yet still was not fixed anyway. So I was left stranded in traffic, had to leave my car and had to go to a shop and buy a new jack and wheel spanner for my car, as it seemed to me the owner of Mangaung Auto Distributors got his money and was not going to help me his customer who bought a car from him(2 weeks back at that time) that did not have the correct wheel spanner for my car nor a working jack to lift the car when I get flat tires.
