Please train your staff on your sport activities then they would beable to provide better service to customers, looked for a cricket set and needed assistance, lady had no idea about cricket.

good day I was at the Store on the 28th December 2015 to pay my monthly installment, there queue was so long and there were about 4 cashiers, ok its fine that I can understand, all of a sudden 1 cashier (lady) by the name of Maria ignored the customers on the queue and started packing the clothes behind her by the counter. The coloured guy who I think is the supervisor asked one of the colleagues to ask her to assist the customers she turned around and said why don't he come assist then she went at the back . the other lady was called to come assist us after I approached the supervisor. I am also in the service industry and I was taught you don't argue in front of the customer let alone disrespecting your superior. I was very disappointed to experience such a bad service and bad attitude from Maria. one thing I am sure about she is not doing us as customers a favour by assisting us in fact we do her a favour that she is still working.
