I don't see what the use of a "parcel counter" for Paxi is if you have to stand in line for one of the cashiers Every Single Time. Experienced the exact same problem at the PEP in this centre.

Very nice selection of homeware and especially glassware and bedding. Store is very clean and neat. Lots of plastic contaoners and nice-to-haves. Paxi is always an issue. I have been sent away without being helped at least 5 times.
