Very poor service at Bloemfontein, I dont even think those ladies understand their job... I did my previous qualification at university of limpopo so I had my academic record from my previous qualification together with the certificate degree and they tell me my academic record did not write "complete ", I tried to explain to them that the academic record from university of limpopo does not write complete but rather "finalized results " and it also states that the qualification and year have been satisfied. They still do not want to assist and told me the university need to give me a correct academic record..I dont know what is correct to them..I dont know what to do. M so frustrated bcz I need to apply for my sace...

There is a lady who is absolutely disrespectful and rude at sace in westdene Bloemfontein. Goes by the name of sibongile. While I am filling in the register she takes my temperature and shows me while I am marking off if I have the symptoms. Then when I am ready to write down my temperature, she says that she showed me already. Then I tell her the reason I am here and show her my bank statement as proof of payment and tells me to look for a email as proof of payment. When I asked her from who the email is supposed to come from she just starts repeating that I must look for the email. I asked her once again who the email must come from she starts telling me I am being rude and disrespectful just for asking her who the email must come from. I need the manager of this institution to deal with this urgently because this is unacceptable.
Very disappointed-the lady told us to get certain papers and when we got it she said that she told us about other papers too. She said you have to have your Grade certificate yet we are only getting it in March and need our Sace number by the 20th of January. Cherry on top is that the lady who helps you at the door is very sassy towards us and is not a very good entrance to have.

Very disappointing- they must do something about applications vis email and collection. Not prepared to wait for hours because there are 40 people in front of me if one could expedite process via email. Then all my teachers must maar go with out this certificate

The row is very long and in the sun. There is no order and coordination. The staff is unpleasant. This is the worst service ever
