This is a great platform for training and for going for games , I play rugby for the Freestate senior women's team the cheetahs and there is no greater honer than that , there's a lot of fitness routines that take place here , a really wonderful and enjoyable gym , some physios and a lot going on here , a wonderful spot for fun and a great home for the cheetahs , and a good place for sports not just rugby alone but athletics too , track and fields and a big world of wonder , love this place so much
