Hi...i so regret taking my BMW 528i to witbank emalahleni their service is poor even their work is very bad. My car took almost a month there they were supposed to change oil pump tension chain and timing chain but that took them more than 4weeks and on top of that they damage my spark coils and other stuff and the car ended up failing and engine stops because now the fuel was now going in the cylinders. I had to pay about R5000 to fix that and get to change oil pump and those others to the other dealership

BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS GARAGE. Bought a vehicle in Sept 2020, and end Jan 2021 still awaiting license and registration. Stay away from this place or sit heartsore when the salesman tells you there's nothing they can do... Beware!

There were a lot of new cars on the floor, these kept me busy while I waited for my car to be serviced. They offered me coffee and a lift to my preferred destination, but I decided to wait for my car instead. My car was ready before the promised time, which is good. The dealership was clean and well maintained. Overall the service was excellent. I believe there's always room for improvement and hence the 4 stars.
