please make sure to test the electrical items properly before buying as I've bought a dishwasher and TV there and they wouldn't refund nor exchange when it clearly doesnt work properly. Dish washer was pouring water out and TV would blank out after being on for a few minutes and when the picture comes back it's very dark. The remote they sold us saying it would work on the TV didn't even pair with the TV and even that they wouldn't exchange.

I have never been so frustrated with a person that is employed by cash converters as I was today. Adam was on duty and did not have a cooking clue as to what he was doing. And he is as rude as anything. I will not be walking in to this store again.
