For what we needed, we had to order and come back later to collect after a call back from their service consultants. However was not really impressed by the service provided to another customer while I was there. Better treatment of customers is a pre-requisite. Ford parts aren't cheap, good service shouldn't be negotiable. And just a heads up. They won't allow you in with a buff but will provide you with a brand new mask while you're there.
