Loved that the staff followed strict Covid protocols when we dined in. Food was served quite quickly even though they were very busy. A bit pricey but was worth it. Food was delicious!

This is the Worst Nandos outlet ever! After explaining my order clearly to the cashier l was given the wrong food order on my slip and l told her to correct it while l was still at the till. She told me not to worry she would sort it out with the cooking staff. When my order was ready l was given the wrong food and l asked her to sort it out . I was told to wait 15min for my correct order to be ready, but after a whole 30mins of waiting nothing came. When l asked the waiters for my order they told me to keep waiting,then l asked for the manager and the manager told me there is nothing he could do. Even after waiting for nearly an hour in the restaurant, the manager rudely said "what must l do about it". How can the waiters even serve you properly if the manager himself is so Rude? The service is so terrible.

My go to Nandos as it's near home. Love the revamp that's been done inside, makes it look nicer. Staff are friendly. The food is still good, just sometimes my portion size isn't great. I.e. the filling inside the wrap is half what it use to be. Their peri-tato salad is nice too. Other branches stinge on the spices.

I cannot even give this fast food outlet a 1 star rating. The service was terrible. I walked out of there without even collecting my order. So disappointed. As this is coming from someone who hardly complains and always try to look at the bright side of everything. Shame on you Nandos. Your employees are causing negative Karma for you.

Not the best of best, but it is Nandos so you can never go wrong. Seating is limited so large parties may have an issue to sit down. Parking is relatively safe and the store is easily accessible. There's also a Spar close by - so you can kill two birds with one stone.
