I have been using this postnet since they opened. The frontline that is there is friendly. But the blond manager was so rude to me today. I cried the whole day not being able to focus at work. For more info, postnet can contact me or check my Facebook page. I am planning on taking it further as she was totally out of line. She does not belong in the frontline

Funny when I read the reviews. I personally never had any issues with this Postnet. Infact when I walk in to get parcels or send items, they always say hello to me by my name. No matter how busy they are, there is usually enough people to assist. Some clients requests do take longer than others, but never in my time have I seen them react rude or funny towards any of the clients. Feel free to try them yourself and make a decision based on your personal experience. Keep up the good work guys!

Debt Life

Dissapointed in service, ask them to scan a document to my email address. The email never reached my email . I waited about 10 min and still no mail. When I approached the white female in charge I was told in an arrogant demeanour that it went through on their side there is nothing they can do about it. I will never conduct my business with this organisation again , they have no customer service skills and by the way till this day I still did not receive the email. When asked if they could resend it I was told I have to pay again. So that's how everbody in this day and age just decide to dupe their customers. We are just your cash cows. Wise up Postnet Sunwardpark.
