Bought a set of frames just under 2 years ago. Had great service then. Had a mishap with the frame and took it in this morning expecting to replace it or send away for repairs. The Lady that assisted me said it was a quick fix and did it there and then on the spot. I will be back soon for my next checkup and frame assessment when its due. Thank you very much!

I visited Spec-Savers Medicross Boksburg for a drivers licence screening and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Unlike some of the other Optometrists in the area, I did not have to make an appointment for the screening - they assisted me immediately and I did not have to pay anything for the certificate.

Went to Spec-savers Medicross and was helped by the most rude and impolite optometrist on the 21st of May’19. I took back my glasses because it was not right and was asked by her what I wanted her to do about it. I am absolutely discussed and I will not use any Spec-savers ever again.
