Initially they were great and the product they produced was good but later when requesting some after sales service (which I was prepared to pay for) they ignored my emails and calls for weeks. Not the kind of relationship you want in a website developer unfortunately. I think this sentiment is echoed in the other reviews unfortunately. P.s. I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews for small businesses. But after many attempts at contacting them I didn't have a choice. Use one of the many other people out there that prioritise customer service. P. P. S. Ricardo has now threatened legal action against me for posting a bad review. I'm quivering in my boots.
TrendWeb did a fantastic job at designing our website, they also offer great hosting service and are always there when i need help! Thank you guys, keep it up!
We contacted Ricardo da Silva from Trendweb late in 2020 and asked him to design an open source platform for us. We paid a substantial deposit for the project, gave him the go-ahead and he supposedly started on it. In Jan 2021 he sent an email letting us know he would give us a preview link, shifted a zoom call as he was supposedly cleaning his office, but then he and his "team" went missing in action and we never received our platform. He does not respond to calls, emails, whatsapps messages etc. and has blocked our email address from his server. Stay clear of this con man and his "company".

I have made contact with Ricardo from Trendweb in OCT 2020, he has put together "some software and a website" for me. I have paid him deposit upfront for the project and now it looks like he and his "team" has just gone missing in action. Not responding to my miss calls, emails, wapp messages NOTHING. I will amend my review once I received what I paid for.
I have sent several messages to Richardo from the 8th December 2020 to date and have called numerous times too in between without any response nor answer from him. Hence my email requesting a response from Tanja @ Trendweb.
