We have been dealing with TWP for some time now and our every order has problems. Either they don't deliver entire order, or they mess it up completely and no one ever calls back when they say they would. 100 % Unprofessional and incompetence their only strong suit - guaranteed disappointment - not even the "big boys" can turn the service around. Waste of time and money

Totally unprofessional, have no clue what common sense is, quotation and quality control systems a total mess. Virtually all jobs are late and everything they touch turns into a mess. 12 mistakes on a simple quote then management excuse is "human error" :-) Parts delivered short and after weeks still waiting for it. Spare yourself frustration by rather using a real engineering company like Dynamic Laser.
