Pathetic after sales service. Will not buy another Bosch appliance as a result

After sales service can improve: Waited for my Bosch fridge parts ,a chiller safe front flap and bottom bottle rack for 4 weeks. 21 July Received from Simphiwe on 21 July that its on its way as the order was sent to dispatch. Waited for 3 weeks. 18 August After posting here- Got email from the showroom manager that the matter was attended to. Thank you. Someone from Call centre phoned afterwards telling me they had an incomplete address.Really! And my cell no and invoice you have. You cannot make contact in almost a month's time. 19 August Received goods through Dawn Delivery this morning.Thank you!

Bosch does not supply very reliable products as they seem to break down before the warranty expires and they back this up with poor service delivery! I recommend buying other products and I am not happy with Bosch product, service and attitude towards customers! #complaint #complaints #proofofservice #day #people #bosch
