True artisan knives - great quality justifies the price here. You can even have your own knife made to your own specifications but these knives will last you a long time. Great design, well balance and true utility tool.

When you ask if a shop is open the next day and the answer is yes and take the trouble drive 40km back to have a knife sharpen to support local industry and they then choose to close early then this equates to poor service
