A small quiet butchery. More like a 'meat preparation kitchen'. They specialize in preparing top quality meat cuts for restaurants, steak houses and burger places. They buy their meat in today after receiving the orders the previous day. We, the walk in customers, can buy the same quality meat cuts and cured meat products which these top restaurants order. Their famous Boerewors and Waggu Burger ( 150g - 200g patties) are really & consistently of an excellent quality. I've been a customer of since 1991. Ask Eulene, the floor manageress for advice on cuts and the tastes of products, then place your bigger orders with brothers Robert and Andrew.
