Bow-Wow doggy Daycare assisted me when I needed to put my fur boy in daycare for the day, as I was hosting an event and didn't want my boy overwhelmed with all the guest. They assisted me super fast,...one phone call with instructions on how to create an online profile for yourself and your fur babies, quick and easy and he was booked into daycare. I myself wouldn't even mind booking myself into daycare there, as it's absolutely stunning and loads of fun activities to do for the fur kids. They offer a wide range of services, from walks, to grooming...etc. Staff are super friendly and amazing with the fur kids. I highly recommend them not only for their amazing services, but also for their amazing initiative for adopting and doing an amazing job, giving fur kids a new home and family. Thanks for the amazing work you doing at Bow-Wow.

Thank you Bowhaus for taking special care of my Shiba Inu puppy, Yoshiko. You've put all my fears to rest of leaving her with anybody else. She loved playing with Shanti and came home absolutely knackered. I found the facilities clean, spacious and secure with lots of gates to keep my pooch inside and I had no problem finding parking when collecting her- big plus in my book. I noticed that they do use the proper cleaning products (F10) what your vet would use to clean the daycare. LOVED THIS! I have a Shiba Inu puppy and they are not for the feint hearted. She is currently in her screaming phase and Claire could give me solid advice about training. Thank you to Claire and Kenny for their caring nature and allowing my special fur-kid to just be herself. I will definitely bring her for a bath/ grooming before show as well.

I was very worried about my boy spending a night away from us for the first time. He is generally a very shy pitbull puppy and had been very apprehensive to make friends at puppy school. My fur-baby spent just 1 night with Katja and George and came home so much more confident. Katja and George eased him into his stay and took the absolute best care to make sure he was okay the entire time. I received videos and pictures of my boy and witnessed how he was thriving, playing and making the best of friends. I would definitely recommend this establishment and myself and Kenji are looking forward to the next time we get to be at Bow-wow :) We love you guys!

The front desk is manned by people who don't have access to any payment services. The website is slightly confusing regarding prices and the front desk isn't set up in a way for it to be helpful in anything other than dropping off and picking up your fur baby. I must commend my dog's wash though, she was beautiful and soft when I picked her up. A CCTV that we can access to check on our pooches would be a great help

My fur-baby has been a regular for over three years, and still gets uber-excited when I ask him if he wants to go to 'play school' on a Monday morning! The owners and staff are genuine dog-lovers, the premises are super clean and secure, dogs are matched with play-pals of similar temperament and receive individual attention, the fees are very reasonable, and drop off and collection is smooth and well organised. 10/10!

An absolutely wonderful spot for your pup. Georgie has been attending daycare at BowHaus twice a week for a year now. She loves it, and I have been consistently impressed at the knowledge and care shown by Claire and her whole team. They get to know your dog individually and offer great input and advice. The flexible approach to scheduling is great, and it's wonderful to feel so confident that Georgie is happy and in great hands.
