I bought a lounge suit in 2019 for grafton everest the lounge had manufacture fault had to take them back and ask for a refund this year beginning of March after they went back to the warehouse twice and came back with different material they denied me my refund and told me to choose another lounge it been almost a month now no communication from them and I have been calling them and asking no one is calling or explaining anything to me while I don't owe them even a cent, and me and my family have to suffer sitting on camping chairs being taken for granted just because m a single young black woman. Decided m no longer dealing with them taking my case to the ombudsman.
