I just needed a key at 11 o'clock at night and knew the key number. Other locksmiths wanted to drive to my place to "deliver" keys for R600!!! Not this guy!!! Brad is awesome!!! As I live in the area it cost me almost nothing for fuel, as Brad allowed me to drive there and pick up a couple of keys myself. He only charged me R50 per a key. I hope karma or whatever you believe in smiles upon and blesses this good man.
I requested locks to secure my double sliding door. I was quoted 1000 rand. After completing the job he informed me that the price increased He charged me 1300, and his excuse was that he quoted for 1 lock only. Not to inconvenience my tenants I paid the amount. I phoned a locksmith in Sandton and they quoted me 900 rand for the same job.
Wow what a rude guy on the phone! Is business that great that you can afford to have such a bad attitude to new customers?
As far as locksmiths go it isn't bad.
