Horrible Service !!! Went to the store today And I needed a trolley or basket to carry the thngs I bought guess what there was none of that I was told I must wall all the way outside mug n Bean get a trolley , that tym I am 8 months pregnant n come ao dissapointed

Excellent service, smiling staff, the cashier even got me to purchase an extra item that was on "sale... but more rewarding honesty, they came running behind me as I had left my phone on the counter. 5 stars to this store

My online shopping experience was the worst. My order was 3days late, my email queries were not responded to by the retailer and I had to contact their courier service in order to find out what the delay was. I was given a confirmation of delivery that doesn't collerate to what the call center agent had on their screen. It was just unsatisfactory and I would not recommend their online services.

The lady working in the bathroom department is so snappy when we ask her questions and then she and her colleague go on to talk about how she's annoyed coz customers open towels unnecessarily leaving her to fix them. We were made to feel like we are a intruding while we were there to spend our money
