I have never been helped by such unprofessional staff as this Pick n Pay's money market staff. And today was not the first time either. But it was the last. I would recommend going to Checkers instead where you can pay the same accounts and be helped by professional staff who want to help.

Just had an absolutely horrible experience with one of the cashiers at till #1. PnP carnival please train your casuals on good customer service. The stinking attitude will scare customers away.

Was there last night 8 October 2020, was waiting In line as there was only 2 lady's at the tills, which they just decided to stop and rather chat then work. The manager got more lady's but boy did they not get attitude with him because they had to actualy do some work.. Disgusting realy to work like that

14 Tills in the store and only 4 open. Will never shop at this Pick a Pay again. Staff just walking and standing around and customers must wait to pay. Then people wonder why shops are closing.
