Standard inept brainless service we have come to expect from the government. After trying for months to get an appointment you stand in a queue despite the online booking time allocated to you. Then you do the necessary fingerprints etc which are done on site and told your card will be ready for collection in 6 weeks, only to be told on collection there was a problem processing the prints and you end up in another queue to redo them and you have to wait another 6 weeks while I'll informed corrupt traffic cops try to illicit bribes for a licensed which expired during the Covid lockdown.

It was a long drive from Randburg to renew my driving licence but it was worth it. Queue was short and staff was friendly, giving advice and directing into correct queues. In and out in 2 hrs.

Drivers license renewal. It went quite quickly,(not taking the 3months trying to get a date for the appointment in consideration)after we completed all the forms which you have to do outside the building(due to covid). The client service were also fair, but still lots and lots of room available for improvement though.

Absolute a disgrace. Made an online booking. No use. First come, first serve. What is the use of online booking? No machine for eyetest. Only one cashier. Stay away!! Cant give them 1 star!!!

I was expecting the worst but received very good service from the security guard to the consultants and cashier. Just make sure you have booked online. I was able to renew my driver's in less than an hour
