The venue is huge and can easily accommodate different weddings without clashing with each other. The chapel sits right next to the large parking area to easily receive guests. The opulently decorated bridal suite, which is right next to the reception hall, has more than enough space for the bridal party with a large, open-plan bathroom and lounge. The suite is a bit dark so your photographer and make-up artist will need to bring some lights. What I like about the venue is how close most things are to each other. The reception hall we were at is in a T-shape with an outside receiving area for guests, toilets, the bar, a buffet room and outside area for smokers. I have to admit that the reception hall's decor was pretty. The buffet was tasty and there was some variety. I highly recommend the pumpkin fritters. Staff were helpful and responded positively to queries and requests for help. One of the staff even carried my luggage to the car for me. Now that is service!

Thabong was always in close proximity to my house, and never new the conference and meeting halls were so beautiful! We just had our AGM there today and we were very impressed with the service and even more impressed with the price! If you need to have an event wedding or conference, great place great prices! Highly recommended especially if you close to Brakpan
