I was overcharged for a purchase last Friday somehow and returned to the store for the correction the next day as the store was already closed when I realised the extra chatge. This was a waste of my time to be honest as I could have been busy with other things. To date the refund hasn't been reversed into my bank account and I really don't know what to do now.
