We use the constant coastal winds, our marginal soils and the unique geology to grow our small compact berries. The result? Top quality cool climate wines with penetrating, fruit flavours and a distinctive minerality. Our farm, nestled in the rural landscape at Cape Agulhas, is also home to the Black Oystercatcher Restaurant, Venue and Cottages. We love the land and the natural environment.
